Study On Law Enforcement Of Forest Public Security

As an important natural resource,forest is an important foundation for human survival.With the implementation of the Beautiful China strategy,as an important part of the development of ecological economy,my country’s forestry development has entered a new stage.However,in recent years,illegal and criminal acts of destroying forest resources in our country have been rampant,illegal logging,deforestation,unauthorized alteration or occupation of forest land,illegal management and processing of timber,illegal transportation of timber and other illegal and criminal acts that destroy forest resources have been repeatedly prohibited,and forest fires have occurred from time to time.,Showing the characteristics of diversified forms of illegal crimes,complicated members,and diversified motivations.Forest public security is an extremely important criminal law enforcement and public security administrative force for maintaining social security in forest areas and protecting forest resources in my country.It is an important professional force.Forest public security needs to be built in the context of ecological civilization in the new era.Minimize their own problems in the process of administrative law enforcement,strive to improve their status in administrative law enforcement,and develop to the standardization of law enforcement management,so as to better serve the construction of ecological civilization.The main purpose of this paper is to study the typical case of forest public security law enforcement standardization in Wujiangxi Province,innovate management methods based on the original model of national forest public security law enforcement standardization management,and play a better role in promoting the standardized development of forest public security law enforcement.At the same time,it has made some contributions to the protection of forest resources in Jiangxi Province.This article mainly uses literature research method,field investigation method,system analysis method and questionnaire investigation method,using public governance theory,new public management theory and other theories to conduct a systematic study on the standardization of forest police law enforcement in Jiangxi Province.First,this article introduces the status quo of standardized law enforcement of forest public security in Jiangxi Province.Including institution building,team building and the development of forest police law enforcement in Jiangxi Province.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems and causes of the standardization of forest public security law enforcement in Jiangxi Province: the existing problems include the lowability of law enforcement subjects to handle cases,the difficulty of law enforcement,the insufficient ability of law enforcement agencies to cooperate,and the lack of law enforcement information.The specific reasons are the poor service concept of the civilian police,insufficient human resources,limited law enforcement authority,and insufficient use of "Internet +" methods.Finally,in view of the problems and reasons in the standardization of forest public security law enforcement in Jiangxi Province,from improving the service-oriented police concept of "law enforcement for the people",strengthening guarantees,improving the law enforcement environment,integrating resources,advancing the law enforcement methods of joint prevention and governance,and "Internet + "Data" improves the level of law enforcement and other aspects to improve the current standardized management of forest public security law enforcement in Jiangxi Province.From the practical aspect,it has certain guiding significance for the development of standardized forest public security law enforcement in Jiangxi Province.
