Research On The Optimization Of Forest Police Internal Law Enforcement Supervision In Gansu Province Under The Background Of Intelligent Policing

Under the strategic framework of the comprehensive rule of law,in order to constantly adapt to the economic and social development and the changes in the law enforcement environment,the public security organs constantly strengthen and improve their internal law enforcement supervision by relying on the information technology means in the construction of smart policing,and lock the law enforcement power of the public security organs into the "cage of system".As a professional police force to maintain the safety of ecological resources and social stability in the forest area,forest public security has both administrative law enforcement and criminal justice responsibilities.It has a large law enforcement volume,complicated law enforcement environment and difficult law enforcement supervision,and has encountered many obstacles in the process of law enforcement standardization.Standardized law enforcement is the lifeline of public security work,and the improvement of internal law enforcement supervision to promote the standardization of law enforcement has a huge effect.With the continuous improvement of internal law enforcement supervision of forest public security organs,the construction of the standardization of law enforcement is obvious,the level of law enforcement is obviously improved,but there are still many problems,the law enforcement is not standardized,unfair,uncivilized phenomenon frequently occurs.Even evolved into a part of the police discipline violations,degenerated into duty crimes.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to further improve and optimize the forest police internal law enforcement supervision system.This thesis makes full use of the existing research results of the internal law enforcement supervision and the construction of intelligent police,starts with the relevant theories of internal law enforcement supervision,and expounds the exploration and practice of the construction of intelligent police and internal law enforcement supervision in the forest public security Department of Gansu Province according to the basic situation and work of the forest public Security Bureau.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,the present situation,existing problems and causes of internal law enforcement supervision in Gansu Forest Public Security Bureau under the background of intelligent policing were deeply analyzed.On this basis,by comparing and learning from the successful experience of internal law enforcement supervision of domestic and foreign police institutions,this paper summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions conducive to improving the internal law enforcement supervision of Gansu Forest Public Security Bureau,puts forward the clear supervision positioning based on the specific functions of the supervision department,establishes and improves the relevant system relying on "system + technology",and strengthens the construction of professional personnel team.Strengthen information sharing and coordination,enhance the transparency and foresight of internal law enforcement supervision and other countermeasures,hoping to provide practical cases for the empirical study of internal law enforcement supervision of public security organs.It provides reference suggestions for the forest Public Security Bureau of Gansu Province and other forest public security departments to strengthen law enforcement norms,promote team management,improve the level of law enforcement,play the service function and promote the construction of industrial police under the rule of law.
