Research On The Construction Of Rural Civilization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the continuous development of economy and society,the main social contradictions have also changed.The speed of spiritual and cultural construction in rural areas does not match the speed of economic development,and the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers are gradually unsatisfied.The development of the countryside is a microcosm of the country’s development,affecting the country’s prosperity and decline.Regarding rural development,an important strategic plan was put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,that is,the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The goal is to build the countryside into a beautiful village.When vigorously developing the economy,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization,and improve the civilization of the rural society by improving the spiritual outlook of farmers.From the general goal of building a new countryside to the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,except for the goal of "village civilization",other goals have been upgraded,which also highlights the importance of rural civilization.In 2018,the No.1 document of the Central Committee mentioned that “village revitalization is guaranteed by rural civilization.We must adhere to material civilization and spiritual civilization.” It can be seen that rural civilization plays a key role in realizing rural revitalization.The purpose of this article is to carry out an in-depth and systematic study of the construction of rural civilization in the context of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The full text is divided into five parts,firstly,it explains the research background and significance of the construction of rural customs.Then clarify the content and related theories of the construction of rural style civilization through the research literature.The core of the construction of rural style civilization is to strengthen ideological and cultural construction,so that rural areas can develop in education,culture,and legal system,so that the overall quality of farmers is improved,their spiritual outlook is improved,and a healthy,harmonious and civilized social atmosphere is formed.This article mainly uses on-site visits,questionnaire surveys,exchange interviews and other methods.Taking the construction of rural civilization in L town as an example,through analysis of the development status and some innovative measures,it is found that although L town has achieved some construction in the construction of rural civilization Achievements,but there are still problems such as low quality of the villagers,low utilization of cultural facilities,single cultural activities,and the rise of bad habits.Then through in-depth analysis of the problem,it is concluded that the cause of the problem is mainly caused by four factors: politics,economy,society,and culture.Combining the situation of town L and extending it to the general situation,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for promoting the construction of rural culture,from laying a solid economic foundation,building a long-term mechanism,strengthening the talent team,improving the public cultural system,and creating a civilized society.In the context of vigorously implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,there are not many articles on the construction of rural civilization in academia.Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy,based on the current status of rural development in L Town,this paper studies the construction of rural civilization from a new perspective.By discovering the problems that exist in the process of promoting rural civilization in L Town,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and combines actual measures to local conditions.The proposed reference suggestions for better development of the construction of rural style civilization,with a view to speeding up the construction of rural style civilization and realizing rural revitalization,and exerting reference and application value.
