Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Safety Governance In Urban Communities

With the acceleration of urban development in recent years,the urban population is increasing.As the basic unit of the city,the safety management of the community is very important to the development of the city.As an ancient capital of many dynasties,the increasing number of migrants in Xi ’an in recent years has further raised the concern of community safety.This paper will study the public safety governance of X community in Xi ’an.This study adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the current situation of public safety governance in X community of Xi ’an city and find out the current governance status.Based on the questionnaire data and interview results,problems in the governance process were found.Meanwhile,the causes of the problems were analyzed in depth,and countermeasures were proposed to improve the governance of public safety in X community.Through research,this paper finds that at present,the public safety governance of X community in Xi ’an mainly presents the gradual improvement of community safety situation,clear opinions on community public safety governance,and in-depth development of community management system.But there are still some problems,mainly is the fire service management function does not reach the designated position,Public safety space environment team development incomplete,the public safety management information imbalance,the public safety management main body disorders,and analyzes the reason,there is a deviation is due to the government department’s fire control concept,community controller are lacking,community public safety management cooperation system is not sound,the community public safety management main body function is not clear.Based on the analysis,this paper finally puts forward some countermeasures to clarify the responsibility of fire safety management of the government and relevant departments,strengthen the ability of community public safety space environment governance,improve the cooperative system of community public safety governance,and define the functional orientation of the main body of community public safety governance.Through this study,it can bring a new direction for community public safety governance in Xi ’an city,and provide reference for similar studies in other cities.
