Research On Government Support Plicy For The Development Of Social Organization For The Elderly

With the increasing aging of China,the needs and contents of elderly care services are increasingly complex and diverse,while families and the government are unable to meet the growing needs of elderly care services.With its outstanding characteristics and advantages,social organizations for the elderly play an important role in providing elderly care services and become an important force in providing elderly care services in China.At the same time,in the development of social organizations for the elderly,there are many problems restricting the development of social organizations for the elderly.How the government should formulate supportive policies for the development of social organizations for the elderly,so as to help them solve the problems encountered in the development,make them break through their own difficulties in the whole system of China’s elderly service,and better play their role in China’s elderly service,has become the research content of the paper.This paper takes the policy of social organization for the aged and the government supporting the development of social organization for the aged as the research object,focuses on policy analysis,and adopts the research method combining theoretical analysis with quantitative research.Firstly,the paper describes the research background,significance,methods and ideas,and carries out a literature review.Second,it defines the concept of social organization,social organization for the elderly and supporting policies,and puts forward three theoretical bases for the government to support the development of social organization for the elderly.Thirdly,by analyzing the relevant supporting laws and policies of the government in supporting the development of social organizations for the elderly at the national and local levels,this paper sorted out and classified the supportingpolicies of the government in supporting the development of social organizations for the elderly,and took Shanghai as an example to analyze the achievements of the government in supporting the development of social organizations for the elderly.Fourthly,the author explains the existing problems in the current government policy of supporting social organizations for the elderly and the reasons for the problems.Fifth,the Delphi method is used to select the factors that restrict the development of social organizations for the elderly,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to rank the weight of the factors that restrict the development of social organizations for the elderly.Finally,based on the development needs of social organizations for the elderly in China,this paper puts forward specific suggestions for improving the government’s policies to support the development of social organizations for the elderly,so as to help social organizations for the elderly get rid of the development dilemma,achieve better development and better meet the needs of elderly services in China.The main conclusion of this paper is: with the support of the government,the development of social organizations for the elderly is facing new opportunities.However,there are still many obstacles in the development of social organizations for the elderly due to the imperfection of these policies.The government needs to start from the perspective of the needs of social organizations for the elderly,and start from the scientific formulation of support policies,strengthening the implementation of support policies,strengthening the supervision and accountability of support policies,and strengthening the communication and feedback of support policies,so as to achieve better development of social organizations for the elderly and better contribute to the cause of China’s elderly service.
