| Our country has entered an aging society,with the largest elderly population in the world.However,as China's aging process is faster than that of other countries,the social security mechanism is not complete and there is no mature experience in coping with it.The social problems of the elderly group are gradually exposed,and the crimes of the aged occur frequently.In recent years,there has been an increasing trend,which not only seriously erodes the quality of life of the aged group,but also seriously affects the harmony of family and society.It is urgent to understand the crime phenomenon of the aged correctly,study the causes of the crime and take effective measures to deal with it.In the first two parts,the paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature and defines and summarizes the core concepts and basic theories.Third part to Maslow's hierarchy of needs as the foundation,through the analysis of typical elderly crime cases,the needs of all levels and the structure need to be proven elderly criminal under the condition of the distortion the motive and cause of criminal mentality.In order to effectively respond to the needs of the elderly at all levels and prevent the generation of needs distortion,the fourth part of the paper puts forward the theory of social support.On the basis of Francis.T.Cullen's research results on the impact of social support on crime,through questionnaires and interviews,this paper studies the social support to meet the needs of the elderly at all levels.Secondly,to ensure the mental health of the elderly and prevent the formation of criminal psychology,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the preventive effect,and through interviews and surveys,the key elements of the multi-subject formation system which affects social support and plays a role in the mechanism,draws the conclusion that the government should play a leading role.The fifth part demonstrates that the construction of social support system can prevent the elderly from committing crimes.Taking Dezhou City of Shandong Province as an example,it analyzes the current situation of social support for the elderly from different needs,and analyzes the reasons for the insufficient support from the aspects of legislation,policy formulation and government role orientation.The last part of the article,from the formal and informal social support system two aspects of the social support system,the government,communities,families and individuals how multi-pronged,changed from their own perspective provide material and spiritual support for the elderly,to build complete the elderly crime psychology of the prevention and control of social support system put forward its own proposals. |
