| The predecessor of Guangzhou Volunteer Station was a voluntary service platform prepared to provide services for the 2009 Guangzhou Asian Games and Asian Paralympics.In2012,it was officially renamed as "Volunteer Post" for normal operation.In 2013,the Guangzhou Volunteer Station Federation(hereinafter referred to as "the Federation")was established and began to move towards a standardized development channel.With the support of the Communist Youth League and Municipal Committee,the Federation carried out overall planning and management of volunteer stations and volunteer services.It has experienced three periods of development,prosperity,and decline.Among them,the typical volunteer failure problem of voluntary service organizations has been highlighted,especially the problem of charity amateurism.obvious.Based on Saramon’s theory of "volunteer failure",this article analyzes the problems and difficulties of Guangzhou Volunteer Station Federation in service management from the perspective of philanthropic amateurism.According to the manifestation of philanthropic amateurism in the service management of the Federation and its service management Existing dilemma,put forward the mode,ideas and specific countermeasures of voluntary service charity amateurism through social work intervention,and hope to ease the federation’s service management and voluntary service charity amateurism through social work intervention.In the analysis,this article focuses on the voluntary failures under the management of Guangzhou Volunteer Station Federation and the specific performance of the amateur charity as well as the difficulties and deficiencies in the management of Guangzhou Volunteer Station Federation.From a management perspective,Guangzhou Volunteer Station Federation’s The management dilemma mainly includes the insufficient ability of overall planning of voluntary stations and voluntary services,the phenomenon of administrativeization of the leadership model,the lack of leadership under multiple management,and the insufficient control ability.Aiming at the charitable amateurism of Guangzhou Volunteer Station Federation in the management service and the dilemma in service management,on the basis of drawing lessonsfrom the enterprise management and modern organization management mode,discuss the organization management,especially the volunteer service organization management.It proposes to solve the difficulties of the federation in service management from the aspects of strengthening the federation’s overall planning ability,the construction of a collaborative management model,the improvement of leadership and the strengthening of internal control capabilities,and the solution of the federation’s voluntary service management The issue of philanthropy amateurism in China provides reference implementation paths and methods for voluntary service organizations in service management. |
