With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the party’s core core position in the country is unshakable,and it has also played an important role in the construction of urban communities.However,with the diversified needs of community residents and the diversified population structure,there are certain problems in the close relationship between party members and community residents.There are some faults in the provision of community services in the process of community construction,and shortcomings in the provision of community services.Board,there is a distortion in the consciousness of serving the people.Party organizations not only serve as the core of national leadership,but also serve as the core of community leadership.They should take the lead in community service activities.Through the leadership of community party organizations,they can achieve extensive participation in community living and improve the professionalism,standardization,and legalization of party building in communities,And further improve the professional level of community clothing.Based on the practice during the internship in the N community,the author deeply observes and participates in the process of community assistance activities,and studies the huge role of community "party gangs" in the assistance activities of community residents from the perspective of social capital.In the process,it analyzes how the social capital theory plays a role in helping members of the party,how to enhance the social capital of community residents through "party gangs," and how to explore the service model of community party building under the guidance of social capital theory.The "Party Gang" is cultivated as an autonomous organization in the N community,and uses the social capital theory to increase the participation rate of community residents in the party building of the community,improve the relationship network between community residents,and strengthen the residents and neighborhood committees,residents and community party members Trust.At the same time,the author obtains research data based on his observations in the N community,andanalyzes the formation of the "party gangs" to provide services to community residents in the formation and development process based on the interview reports and event planning books organized by the author.Social trust,norms,and community networks.
