| In recent years,the ties between China and Belarus have become increasingly close.As a pioneer in the development of bilateral relations between Central and Eastern European countries and China,the Republic of Belarus’ s pragmatic foreign policy has formed a policy convergence with China’s partnership diplomacy.In July 2013,at the invitation of President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China,President Alyaksandr Lukashenko of the Republic of Belarus paid a state visit to China,China and Belarus have unanimously decided to upgrade bilateral relations to a "comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership".The partnership has made substantive progress and the areas and quality of bilateral cooperation have been improved.However,under the influence of Russia,the United States and other major powers,the future development of the "comprehensive strategic partnership" between China and Belarus still faces challenges.As an important node country of China’s "One Belt And One Road" initiative,the trend of bilateral relations also affects the strategic cooperation between China and Belarus.By means of literature analysis and historical research,this paper makes a systematic analysis and discussion on the historical evolution,motivation,content,influencing factors and future prospects of China-Belarus relations.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part explains what is "partnership" and "partnership",and further explains what is "comprehensive strategic partnership".The second part summarizes the development process of the relations between China and Belarus.From the establishment of diplomatic relations to the stage of comprehensive development and strategic cooperation,to the stage of upgrading the comprehensive strategic partnership,and then to the stage of all-weather friendship,the two countries should build a community of shared interests and a community with a shared future for mankind.The third part analyzes the motivation of establishing comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Belarus.This part analyzes the motivation of the establishment of comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries from the important strategic position of Belarus,the common development needs of the two countries and the geopolitical interests.The fourth part briefly summarizes the specific contents of the "comprehensive strategic partnership" between China and Belarus: firstly,the political relations are constantly strengthened.Secondly,the economic and trade cooperation is expanded.Thirdly,the people-to-people and cultural exchanges are increasingly close.Finally,the military and security cooperation is constantly deepened.The fifth part analyzes the important factors affecting the development of the relations between China and Belarus.Domestically speaking,the favorable investment environment in Belarus is a positive factor affecting bilateral relations.The exchange of visits between the leaders and senior officials also makes the bilateral relations closer.From the international level,Russia and the United States are important major factors affecting bilateral relations,which have a profound impact on the development of bilateral relations.At the same time,the European Union also restricts the development of bilateral relations.In the last part,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to deepen the "comprehensive strategic partnership" between China and Belarus,and looks forward to the prospects of bilateral relations.In a word,the development of China-Belarus relations has been in a good state and maintained sound and stable development.China has always supported Belarus country path choice,as long as the two sides respect each other,adhere to the foreign policy of peace,independence,autonomy,and the white will further development of bilateral relations,political,economic,cultural,military security cooperation will be continued to deepen,the future relations between the two countries will continuously stable development in the direction of the further deeper. |
