Since the Trump administration launched the Indo-Pacific Strategy in December2017,the term Indo-Pacific has become a hotly discussed term among scholars from all over the world.In June 2018,Modi made clear India’s Indo-Pacific strategy for the first time at the Shangri-La Dialogue.The Indo-Pacific Strategy of the Modi administration’s will help to enhance India’s international status,achieve its goal of a great power with a sound and color,and counterbalance the rise of China.Under the guidance of the Indo-Pacific Strategy,India has continuously strengthened its control over the Indian Ocean,vigorously promoted the Act East policy,actively developed relations with Pacific countries,and strived to improve neighboring connectivity and the infrastructure of the Indo-Pacific region.Construction,thereby enhancing their influence in the Indo-Pacific region.With the rise of China,the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific Strategy has more strategic considerations for China.In the Indo-Pacific strategy of the Modi administration,China is more often regarded as a strategic opponent.As the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy advances,it will have many impacts on China.Such as the advancement of the One Belt One Road in Southeast Asia and South Asia,the settlement of the South China Sea issue,and the safety of maritime transport in the Indian Ocean.Therefore,the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy and its impact on China have become an important topic that the academic community urgently needs to study.This article mainly uses the literature research method and the conclusion and deduction method to discuss the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy and its influence on China.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the analysis of the formation and motivation of the Modi government’s Indo-Pacific strategy.The formation of the Modi government’s Indo-Pacific strategy can be traced back to the 2007 Indian strategist Khurana.S.Gurpreet interpretation of the Indo-Pacific concept.In 2010,India began to accept the Indo-Pacific concept.The Shangri-La Dialogue formally proposed India’s Indo-Pacific Strategy.The formation of the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy is not accidental,but is the result of the interaction of international and domestic factors.The domestic factor is the impetus of India’s "remarkable power" and the Act East policy;the international factor is the promotion of the US Indo-Pacific strategy and the need to counterbalance China’s rise.The second part is the content of the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy.Politically strengthen relations with the Indo-Pacific countries,and strengthen relations with ASEAN countries through the upgrade of the Look East policy;deepen relations with South Asian countries through the Neighborhood First policy;strengthen India,the United States,Japan and Australia through bilateral and multilateral cooperation Four-nation relationship.Economically,strengthen the interconnection of the Indo-Pacific region,build the Indo-Pacific economic corridor,and promote the economic development of the Indo-Pacific region;launch a number of regional cooperation plans to expand economic ties.Military to ensure security and stability in the Indian Ocean and the Pacific,through the strengthening of India-US relations,to carry out traditional security strategic cooperation;through the establishment of the ocean perception system to increase its influence in the Indian Ocean;through multilateral military cooperation mechanisms to strengthen India,the United States and Japan Australia’s four-nation relationship.The third part is about the impact of the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy on China.With the advancement of the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific Strategy,it is bound to have a certain impact on China.The specific manifestation is to increase the complexity of China’s geopolitics by squeezing China’s strategic space and interference with China’s diplomacy;through various regional cooperation plans to increase the resistance to the construction of the One Belt One Road,thereby economically cooperating with the construction of the One Belt One Road Form a trend of hedging;through military cooperation and arms race in the Indo-Pacific region,interference in China’s South China Sea rights protection,to deteriorate China’s surrounding security environment.The fourth part is China’s countermeasures.Deepen the diplomatic layout and create a favorable peripheral strategic environment.Improve India’s strategic position and build a new type of major-country relationship between China and India;and deepen its relationship with the Indo-Pacific countries based on the concept of win-win cooperation.Persist in mutual benefit and win-win results,and give play to the leading role of the One Belt One Road construction.Strengthen the interaction with the countries along the One Belt One Road;look for the interests of the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy.Adhere to the bottom line principle and create a good geopolitics safety environment.Maintain stability in the South China Sea;strengthen security cooperation with the Indo-Pacific countries.This article explores the Indo-Pacific strategy of the Modi administration,and gives us a clearer understanding of the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy.Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy will have an impact on China in terms of politics,economy,and military affairs.In order to cope with the impact of the Modi administration’s Indo-Pacific strategy,my country must combine its own national conditions and continue to deepen relations with the Indo-Pacific countries through the construction of the One Belt One Road,further enhance my country’s international influence,and shape a good one.International image.
