Research On The Path Of Kunming Communist Youth League Serving Rural Left Behind Children

Teenagers are the future of the country,and the left behind children in rural areas are the special groups that the national society focuses on.The Communist Youth League,as the bridge and link between the party and the youth,plays an active role in serving,contacting and guiding the youth.The special nature and mode of work determine the necessity of caring for the rural left behind children.According to the official website of the Ministry of civil affairs,by the end of 2018,there were more than 6.97 million rural left behind children in China,11014 rural left behind children in Kunming by the end of 2019,and 24775 children in difficulties.From the data,this part of the group is lack of care,inner loneliness,learning difficulties,low quality of life,need social care and help.Whether they can grow up healthily is directly related to social stability and healthy economic development.Based on the new public service theory and public governance theory,combined with the actual work of the Communist Youth League in Kunming,with the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview as the main methods,this paper analyzes the main path of the Communist Youth League in Kunming to support voluntary service for the rural left behind children A series of care for the protection of rural left behind children’s voluntary service measures,voluntary service methods,voluntary service effect analysis and research.In recent years,the Communist Youth League of Kunming actively responded to the call,although achieved certain results,but in the process of participating in voluntary service,there are still some problems,such as insufficient funds,single service form,weak service influence,service platform development lag,service responsibility not in place and so on.Then,based on the path theme of the Communist Youth League providing voluntary service to care for rural left behind children,and from the perspective of the Communist Youth League,this paper explores the Countermeasures of enriching the sources of voluntary service funds,improving the training of voluntary service personnel,accelerating the construction of voluntary service information platform,establishing a multi-party voluntary service care mechanism and improving the Communist Youth League’s voluntary service awareness and service ability Suggestions.For the Communist Youth League to do a good job of care for rural left behind children,to help the government solve the current serious problems of rural left behind children to make some contributions.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts,the first part is the introduction,which describes the background of the topic,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,etc.;the second part is to elaborate the relevant theoretical basis of Kunming Communist Youth League participating in the service of rural left behind children;the third part is to summarize the current situation of Kunming Communist Youth League participating in the voluntary service of rural left behind children;the fourth part is to analyze the participation of Kunming Communist Youth League The fifth is the experience of relevant provinces and cities;the last is the countermeasures and suggestions of Kunming Communist Youth League to further improve the service path of the rural left behind children.
