Study On The Role Of The Communist Youth League In The Care And Protection Of Left-behind Children In Rural Areas

"Migrant workers" is an "old" concept containing identity discrimination,and the research on the protection of various rights and interests of "migrant workers" is not a new issue.With the development of economy and society,people’s demands for democracy and equality have been further strengthened.In terms of the protection and protection of their own rights and interests,the group appeal for workers to retain their identity as farmers is increasingly high.For example,the de-labelling of migrant workers’ identity and the weakening of identity discrimination have become important social issues that must be resolved.Compared with "migrant workers","migrant workers in cities" is a more tender,inclusive and respectful "new concept".The appellation has changed,but the social problems caused by the long period of leaving the land for employment have not been solved synchronously,and even show a trend of intensification from generation to generation.Limited by the national policy of family planning,compared with the previous generation,the "new generation of migrant workers in cities" are mostly born in families with fewer children.Their material living conditions and degree of family care have been improved to some extent,but their sense of intergenerational responsibility has not been enhanced simultaneously.Money-oriented trend of utilitarianism,and successful evaluation standard of materialistic tendency,class differentiation and competition intensified,especially in the bottom of the "new generation migrant workers in cities and towns eagerly look forward to rapid accumulation of material wealth,make their homes in urban real estate,promoted to the" new citizen "status,the citizenization of protection.In this way,the"new generation of migrant workers in cities" regard raising the elderly and raising children as "burdens" for migrant workers to create wealth.In order to protect adult children out of the door,settle down,the older generation of migrant workers in the city voluntarily return to take over the "burden","offside" raise grandchildren,by adult children relay migrant workers,care has become a common phenomenon in rural areas.Young and combination,and care is based on the will of the inner family "forced",raise teaching responsibility offside led to the poor,such as the lack of care,learning,and mental disorder,behavior anomie,and many other social problems,to resolve the problem is not only related to family happiness and happiness,is more a matter of balance urban and rural development plans and the grand blueprint of a well-off society in an all-round way.Intergenerational care and left-behind children are "old problems",which have been studied in depth from the perspectives of mental health,life care and academic education.However,few of the existing high-quality achievements take the communist youth league as the main body of responsibility to discuss its role in the care and protection of left-behind children.Therefore,this study is to solve "old problems" with new ideas and to some extent innovative.The first part of the article is to raise questions,by briefly combing and introducing the formation process and scale of Left-behind children,pointing out that the problem of care for left-behind children is a thorny "old problem",the effective solution of the "old problem" must adopt new ideas and research new measures.The second part of the article is theoretical analysis,which provides theoretical basis for the problem of left-behind children in rural areas.The third part of the article is the analysis of the problem,the root causes of the problem of left-behind children in rural areas,what are the direct causes? What are the possible consequences if the problem of left-behind children in rural areas is not solved in time? Compared with the whole country,where does the particularity of the problem of left-behind children in J city show? The fourth part of the article is to explore the role of the Communist Youth League in the care and protection of Left-behind children,specific measures,existing problems and causes analysis.This part is the central content of the article.Clear responsibility orientation is the premise and basis for the role to play,and also an important basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the care work for left-behind children of the Communist Youth League.The fifth part of the article is to sort out the successful experience of the Communist Youth League in the care and protection of left-behind children in other areas of China.The sixth part of the article is about the problems existing in the previous chapters.Based on the analysis of the reasons and domestic experience,it puts forward policy recommendations for the better care of left-behind children by the Communist Youth League of J city.The last part of the article is the conclusion and Prospect of the study.
