| Contiguous poverty-stricken areas are the main battleground in China’s battle against poverty.Solving regional poverty as a whole is the bottom-line task for China to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Due to the natural geographical conditions,ecological environment and resource endowment and the foundation of industrial development,the road of poverty alleviation in successive poverty-stricken areas is bound to be difficult.But as General Secretary Xi Jinping has said,it is a bottom-line task for us to finish building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and a solemn commitment we have made to lift all rural people out of poverty on schedule,lift all poor counties out of poverty,and solve poverty in all regions.In February 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping solemnly declared that China had won an overall victory in the battle against poverty.All the 98.99 million rural people living under the current poverty line were lifted out of poverty,832 poor counties and128,000 poor villages were lifted out of poverty,and poverty in all regions was eradicated.China’s contiguous poverty-stricken areas have common characteristics as well as characteristics.After getting rid of poverty,the contiguous poverty-stricken areas continue to develop and consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation in contiguous poverty-stricken areas have become the focus of rural work in the new era.It is a worthy research topic to study the path and basic experience of poverty alleviation in contiguous poverty-stricken areas so as to provide reference for the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements in contiguous poverty-stricken areas in the new era.Papers selected ningwu shall poverty-stricken areas as the research object,by Marx and Engels anti-poverty thought and socialism with Chinese characteristics anti-poverty theory as a guide,using the field research method,literature analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,field sampling survey of ningwu representative new Bao Xiang,limited capacity shan,Yang town square opening three township of poverty reduction from the six villages,analyzes the ningwu shall path out of poverty in the poor areas,namely,promote regional characteristic industry development,strengthening regional ecological environmental protection,strengthen regional infrastructure construction,enhance the level of social security four aspects.Based on the two historical convergence periods,Combined with the reality of China’s contiguous poverty-stricken areas,this paper summarizes the basic experience of poverty alleviation in contiguous poverty-stricken areas,namely,adhering to the leadership of the Party is the core essence,adhering to the people’s subjectivity is the fundamental purpose,adhering to the comprehensive design,and adopting precise policies is the basic method.In order to provide reference for the regional continuous development in the new period. |
