Research On Comprehensive Management Of Telecommunication Fraud In Nanchang In The Internet Era

Strengthening the comprehensive governance of telecom network fraud is not only the internal requirement of promoting the modernization of national governance and promoting the high-quality development of economy and society,but also the demand of the times to safeguard the safety of people’s lives and property and enhance their sense of security and happiness.In April 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions to crack down on the governance of telecommunications network fraud,and put forward new and higher requirements for strengthening the management of telecommunications network fraud.It is an important and urgent task to strengthen the comprehensive governance of telecom network fraud and improve the efficiency of comprehensive governance.This study takes Nanchang City as a sample,using the methods of literature research,field investigation,case and data analysis,analyzes the characteristics,governance experience and shortcomings of telecom network fraud in Nanchang City,and puts forward countermeasures to enhance the pertinence and operability of the research results.The research shows that there are still many difficulties in the governance of telecom network fraud in Nanchang,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: decentralized governance responsibilities of multiple subjects,insufficient cohesion of comprehensive governance centripetal force,weak support of relevant professional technology and platform,and the incidence rate of telecom network fraud is still high.The main reasons are: the relevant legal system of telecom network fraud governance needs to be improved,the responsibility and interest demands of governance subject are alienated,and the co governance and sharing mechanism has not yet been formed.According to the comprehensive management and reasons of telecommunication fraud in Nanchang,the following suggestions are put forward.First of all,we should pay attention to strengthen the subject responsibility consciousness of multi governance,enhance the cooperative consciousness of multi subject cooperation and co governance,and optimize the social environment of joint prevention and co governance of Telecom fraud.Secondly,we should focus on the construction and improvement of the collaborative mechanism of comprehensive governance of Telecom fraud,constantly improve the leadership system and collaborative mechanism of comprehensive governance of Telecom fraud,and enhance the collaborative ability of comprehensive governance of Telecom fraud.Thirdly,through promoting the integration of prevention and control of Telecom fraud,strengthening the technical support of comprehensive management of Telecom fraud,and strengthening the evaluation and accountability of comprehensive governance of Telecom fraud,the overall efficiency of comprehensive governance of Telecom fraud will be continuously improved to create a safer and more harmonious social environment for the public.
