| At present,the village cadres work faces enormous pressure,and low basic salary,performance appraisal is not scientific and lack of social security and other issues are widespread,such is our work enthusiasm is not high,the team as a whole important cause of instability,in turn,affect the normal operation of the relevant transaction inside the village,has caused the dissatisfaction of the masses.In order to effectively enhance the work enthusiasm of village cadres,improve the service level and work efficiency of village cadres,so that the masses have a higher sense of gain and satisfaction,it is very necessary to build a reasonable and effective salary guarantee mechanism.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of village cadres,salary,village collective economy and salary guarantee mechanism,and expounds the relevant incentive theories.Secondly,through consulting historical documents,questionnaire,depth interview and case analysis methods such as in-depth analysis about the present situation of Yantai etdz village cadres’ remuneration management,studies have shown that Yantai etdz village cadres’ remuneration management exist unreasonable salary structure is not reasonable,performance pay,compensation management policy defects and village cadres to the satisfaction degree of the compensation management is relatively low.Third,according to the existing problems for the salary management system objectives,principles,ideas and policy implementation and other measures to improve,mainly including the village branch secretary,the director of the village committee,other village cadres pay the optimization of the source of funds,the optimization of the salary structure and the operation of the assessment system. |
