| On August 30,2019,the China（Guangxi） Pilot Free Trade Zone was officially inaugurated and put into operation.Up to now,the pilot zone has achieved remarkable results in the establishment of local regulations,government management,and judicial services,and the business environment in the pilot zone has been greatly improved.improve.However,the pilot zone is still in the early stages of construction.Compared with the domestic developed regions and other free trade pilot zones,the business environment needs to be further optimized and improved.How to bring the business environment into the track of the rule of law is an important link and content of optimizing the business environment.The legalization of the business environment in the China（Guangxi）Pilot Free Trade Zone should be based on the overall plan of the pilot zone and its own unique advantages,from improving local laws and regulations,improving local government management systems,improving government service levels,and improving diversification.The dispute resolution mechanism and the provision of high-level legal services have been optimized and improved.,In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article has four parts:The first chapter mainly discusses and summarizes the concept of the rule of law of the business environment and its influencing factors,and analyzes the importance of the rule of law of the business environment.This chapter focuses on the economic and market,government management and services,legal services and legal talents,and local legislation to specifically analyze the impact of the above factors on the legalization of the business environment.The second chapter is based on the status quo of the rule of law in the business environment of the Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone,analyzes and summarizes the achievements of the pilot zone in legislation and policies,market facilitation and financial innovation systems,government management and judicial services,as a whole Grasp the degree of legalization of its business environment.The third chapter mainly starts with local legislation,government management and services,dispute resolution mechanisms and legal services,analyzes from the perspective of the rule of law in the business environment,and points out the problems and deficiencies in the rule of law in the business environment in the Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone Place.The fourth chapter focuses on the problems in the above-mentioned pilot zone,draws on relevant experience,and combines the local characteristics and advantages of the Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone to propose some specific aspects in terms of improving local legislation,reforming government management,improving dispute resolution mechanisms,and improving the level of legal services.Suggestions and opinions on optimizing the business environment in the pilot zone. |
