| As a new political organization,the village task force has received more and more attention from governments at all levels,and has gradually become one of the important subjects of rural governance.The selection of village assistance teams to carry out assistance work not only injected fresh blood into the poverty alleviation work,but also enriched the strength of rural revitalization.At present,there is still a big gap between the effectiveness of the village-based task force participating in rural governance and the original intention of the system design of the stationed task force.In the process of participating in the village-based assistance,there are unclear rights and responsibilities among the governance entities,and village-based work.Team members’ inaction and other issues,the role of participating in the village assistance work has not yet been fully realized,and the effectiveness of the work needs to be improved.Through combing and analyzing the existing research results,combining with the relevant policy documents issued by the state,this paper takes the village assistance work team in Hetan Town,Dongxiang County,Linxia Prefecture,Gansu Province as the main research object,selects two typical cases,and cuts into the work status of the work team.,Explain the working mechanism of the working team in the village,sort out the form,content and results of its participation in village governance.On this basis,using the theory of participatory governance,social embedding theory and collaborative governance theory,analyze the reasons for the problems existing in the process of village work teams participating in rural governance,and propose corresponding measures to improve the effectiveness of village work teams participating in rural governance.,In order to provide experience and reference for solving the "three rural" problems in rural areas of Gansu Province and realizing the national rural revitalization strategy. |
