Study On The Problem Of Tourism Crime In Mount Mangdang Tourist Area In Henan Province

Since the reform and opening up,my country’s tourism industry has achieved considerable development.At the same time,due to the comprehensiveness,mobility,temporaryity,and remoteness of the tourism industry,the tourism industry is extremely vulnerable to economic,social,political situations,and regional differences.The impact of the environment,showing a high degree of vulnerability and strong instability.According to Maslow’s needs theory,safety is the second largest need after human physiological needs,and needs to be met first.When tourism has become a popular way of life,the demand for tourism safety has become a higher-level basic demand in the form of a "tourism society".Due to a series of subjective and objective reasons such as the lack of self-protection awareness of tourists,the imperfect tourism legal system,the blind pursuit of economic benefits by tourism enterprises,the inadequate tourism safety measures and management of scenic spots,etc.,tourism crimes occur from time to time around us.The security of tourism brings tremendous pressure.However,tourism crime,as one of the important manifestations of tourism safety,has become an "island" in tourism-related research.There are even many disputes about basic issues such as the definition of tourism crime and the relationship between tourism and crime.Therefore,as a sub-project of tourism safety management research,tourism crime research will inevitably become an important topic that cannot be ignored in tourism research.Based on this,this thesis systematically organizes the research results of related tourism crimes at home and abroad,and clarifies the basic concepts of tourism crime,the relationship between tourism and crime,and theories related to tourism crime infringement.The official data of tourism crime cases are the research object,supported by theories of tourism management,tourism safety and criminal sociology.Take the tourist crime cases that occurred in the Mangdang Mountain Scenic Area in Henan Province in the past 5 years as the starting point(because of the Confidentiality regulations,the data is only presented in the form of percentages,and specific values are not displayed to ensure the openness of the data),from the time,space,type of tourism crime,the victim and the subject of the tourism crime in the scenic spot,etc.Analyze in multiple dimensions,establish a tourist crime database in Mangdang Mountain Scenic Area,and use cluster analysis,chi-square test,Arc GIS software,etc.to analyze,clearly identify and describe the characteristics of tourist crime in Mandang Mountain Scenic Area in Henan Province.On this basis,with the help of the life cycle theory commonly used in tourism emergency management,from the time dimension of the occurrence of tourism crimes,the three stages of pre-warning and monitoring,in-event response and treatment,and post-event recovery assessment are respectively elaborated.A tourism crime management system in the Mangdang Mountain Scenic Area in Henan Province has been established with the focus on tourist prevention and control and the tourism management department as the main body.
