Research On The Development Of Elderly Human Resources From The Perspective Of Community Service

A country or region will enter an aging society when the proportion of the elderly over 60 years old in the total population reaches 10% or more,or the proportion of the elderly over 65 years old in the total population reaches 7% or more.China is not only the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world,but also the country with the fastest population aging in the world.In the next half century,the number of elderly people and the level of population aging will advance rapidly.China has entered an aging society from around 2017.The aging society has brought a series of social problems,including population problems,employment problems,consumption problems,pension problems,medical care,long-term care problems and so on.It can be said that China’s aging population presents the characteristics of fast speed,empty nest and "getting old before getting rich",which will make China encounter the crisis of imbalance of population structure,reduction of labor supply,increase of supporting the elderly population and heavier burden of young and middle-aged population,and cause a variety of social problems.After retirement,the elderly will generally return to the community,provide for the aged at home,or make full use of their surplus heat for re employment.However,from the residential property to the community and then to the streets,the problem of talent reuse and human resource development of the elderly is generally not paid enough attention or the effect is not good.Windsor community residents in Nanchang mainly have high-quality buyers,mainly from universities and high-tech enterprises on the East Bank of Aixi Lake,high-tech zone,which are representative of high-quality and urban social security elderly.Taidian community residents are mainly rural demolition and housing construction or settlement farmers around,mainly from more than 10 villages around,which is representative.Both communities are near the author,and the research is relatively feasible.Based on the data of investigation on Windsor and Taidian communities in Nanchang,this paper makes literature research and statistical analysis,and finds that there are some deficiencies in community support and services provided by the community in the process of the development of elderly human resources.Combined with the domestic and foreign experiences in the same or similar fields,some suggestions and Countermeasures for community work and service in the development of elderly human resources are put forward In order to give full play to the role of the community and develop the elderly human resources to a greater extent.
