Research On Social Work Intervention Of Urban Resident Community Participation

This article is a practical intervention in group social work aimed at improving the willingness and behavioral ability of urban residents to participate in the community.With the in-depth development of reform and opening up,the community as the basic management organization of our country has become the focus of social construction.In order to promote the development of communities and the construction of multiple governance bodies,the participation of residents and communities has become a difficult and hot point of research.Community participation of urban residents refers to the process in which residents in the administratively divided neighborhood committee areas have the initiative to participate in community affairs in order to improve their own conditions,meet their own needs,and promote community development.Residents,as the constituent cells of the community,have various advantages to maintain their activities in the community,and the social networks established between residents,residents and external resources promote the effective operation of the community.Community residents’ awareness of their own advantages and their selfsupporting system is used in the process of community participation,in order to pursue their own interests and the realization of their own value,and improve residents based on learning community participation skills The ability and willingness to participate in the community.On the basis of mastering the basic situation of G community,relying on the establishment of Lanzhou City’s “Three Social Linkage” project,the author interviewed community residents and community staff,and analyzed the participation of residents in G community for half a year.The status quo,influencing factors and problems of community participation of residents in G community,it is concluded that the G community lacks a platform for residents to participate,the content of community participation is not connected with the needs and problems of residents,the form of residents’ participation is single,the residents’ sense of community participation is not strong,and residents’ participation Weak ability and other issues.Based on the analysis of the status quo,influencing factors and problems of community participation of residents in G community,the author designed six group activities,hoping that through group activities,community residents can use the ommunity democratic council to appeal for their own interests and needs,so that community residents can learn "Robert’s Rules of Procedure" practice in the process of solving community corridor problems,and consolidate the effectiveness of group activities,thereby improving residents’ ability to participate in the community.In the specific team intervention process,adjust the plan according to the actual situation and changes of the team members to ensure that the target is achieved,and after the end of the activity,the team will be evaluated and summarized to determine the achievement of the target and the change of the team members.Finally,it is concluded that community participation of residents must be guaranteed by a good community participation mechanism and platform.Residents can understand their own advantages and social support systems through learning and apply them to the process of community participation to meet their own needs and solve community problems.And reflect on this practice from the professional dilemma of social work,intervention theory and group process.
