| The most important thing in government is people.Constantly improving the assessment of officials is an important way to encourage officials to take on responsibility and promote the development of the cause.In order to build a cadre team of high quality,we need to constantly improve the cadre assessment and evaluation mechanism.In recent years,the quantitative assessment of civil servants is gradually praised by all sides,which is regarded as a scientific and effective assessment method.The author with a department S city as the research object,through literature analysis,basically grasps the research status of the academic circle in the development of quantitative assessment,the application of relevant theories.Through the case analysis method,we can understand the development of quantitative assessment of a department in S city,master the first-hand assessment results and relevant data,and intuitively reflect the advantages and problems of quantitative assessment.Through the interview method,we can understand the appraisers,examines and service objects’ evaluation on the quantitative assessment,which provides reference opinions for the subsequent consideration of the optimization path.Through the above research,the author finds that quantitative assessment has a high degree of conformity with grass-roots civil servants’ assessment work.However,it is also found that there are still some bottlenecks in the quantitative assessment of grass-roots civil servants.In fact,there is a certain deviation between realistic logic and rational logic,and there will be some situations such as the assessors’ discretionary power and the lack of scientific assessment indicators.Therefore,the author puts forward a way to bridge the gap between realistic logic and ideal logic,hoping to improve the quantitative assessment of grass-roots civil servants.Of course,due to the extensive and profound connotation of relevant theories,limited by the time,experience and level of research,the depth of theoretical research is not enough.In addition,since this paper mainly takes the quantitative assessment work of a department in S city as the research object,there are certain limitations of the results in diffraction and application in other fields,and further in-depth and extended research is needed in the future. |
