Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Beautiful Rural Construction In Paifang Village,Jinpu New Area

In 2018,Paifang Village was listed as one of the five boutique villages to be cultivated in the construction of beautiful villages in Jinpu New Area.Paifang Village is located in the northeast of Jinpu New Area,with convenient transportation,beautiful environment,unique historical and cultural resources,and a certain foundation for beautiful rural construction.While rapid development,many practical problems have also appeared,which need to be further studied and resolved.Under the guidance of Marxist urban-rural relationship theory,human settlement theory,and grassroots social governance,this article collects and organizes relevant domestic and foreign documents through the literature research method,and conducts research on the villagers of Paifang,village cadres and other groups through the method of field research.Investigation and research activities have collected a large amount of first-hand data,and on this basis,through theoretical analysis,the resources and location conditions possessed in the process of building beautiful villages in Paifang Village are summarized,and its development advantages and deficiencies are deeply explored.,Found the actual problems in it,and explored and studied the corresponding countermeasures,which are embodied in the following five aspects:The first is to explain in detail the research background,method steps,purpose and significance of this research,and comprehensively discuss the domestic and foreign research systems of rural construction activities.The second is to introduce and explain the theoretical basis,value meaning,conceptual features and other content of beautiful rural construction activities.The third is to introduce the development goals and work steps of the beautiful village construction in Jinpu New Area,and the cultural environment,natural environment and location advantages of Paifang Village,and evaluate Paifang Village’s industrial planning,ecological environment,public services,infrastructure,rural customs and civilization.The phased construction effects in six aspects of social governance summarized the participants in the construction of Paifang Village.The fourth is to analyze and clarify the actual problems of Paifang Village in the construction of beautiful villages and the reasons for their formation,and point out factors such as unreasonable planning,single industrial structure,lack of infrastructure,insufficient funding sources,lagging spiritual civilization,and stagnant cultural development.It is a concentrated expression of the development problems of the village.The fifth is to put forward effective countermeasures,that is,grasp the construction steps and investment directions,promote brand-strengthening villages and technical rich farmers,improve infrastructure and village appearance environment,introduce social forces and private capital,pay attention to talent mining and quality training,Develop local tourism and cultural resources,etc.,and make every effort to create a beautiful new village with a good ecological environment,a prosperous industry,a high level of spiritual civilization,a good social governance effect,and a happy life for the people.
