Research On The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th CPC National Congress made a major decision to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization,and put Rural Revitalization in a prominent position in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,which provides a fundamental basis for the beautiful rural construction in China.Entering the new historical stage of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,the Fifth Plenary Session of the19 th CPC Central Committee further clearly pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively promote Rural Revitalization and speed up agricultural and rural modernization,which has pointed out the direction for the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new stage.In recent years,under the deployment of Rural Revitalization Strategy,Jimo District of Qingdao city has highlighted high-quality green development and continued to carry out beautiful rural construction.By combing the relevant concepts,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the internal relationship between Rural Revitalization Strategy and beautiful rural construction.Combining theory with practice,this paper studies the beautiful rural construction in Jimo District of Qingdao city.At present,under the deployment of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the beautiful rural construction in Jimo District of Qingdao city has achieved remarkable results,but there are also some problems,which are mainly reflected in: the role of party organizations is not prominent enough,industry support is insufficient,shortage of talents,lack of vitality in culture,and environmental protection needs to be strengthened.Therefore,according to the basic current situation of beautiful rural construction in Jimo District of Qingdao city,the main causes of the above problems are as follows: unreasonable rural party members,homogeneous competition in industry,difficulty in attracting talents to rural areas,insufficient cultural management and protection,and low level of rural garbage disposal.In view of the problems and their causes,combined with the experience of rural construction at home and abroad,this paper further puts forward the feasible path of beautiful rural construction in Jimo District of Qingdao city from the perspective of Rural Revitalization: improving the Party's leadership over beautiful rural construction,improving the industrial support of beautiful rural construction,perfecting the guarantee mechanism for the cultivation of rural talents,innovating the management mechanism of rural cultural protection,and strengthening the protection of rural ecological environment.
