Study On The Construction Of Beautiful Village In Changle County

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th Agriculture and rural areas,including the construction of beautiful villages,are highly valued,the countryside is improving,modern agriculture achieves new development,farmers ’lives continue to improve,rural grassroots base is more solid.However,to be realistic,since the reform and opening up,we have made great achievements in the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,but the agricultural base is still weak,especially in the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization,in some places,there’s agriculture,rural depression,even recession,so is Chang Le.Despite the positive response to the higher party committee government’s proposal to strengthen the rural development of rural agriculture,such as new rural construction,ecological civilization rural construction,beautiful rural construction and other measures,agricultural and rural development is still a major constraint on the overall economic development of Chang Le.This paper combs the concepts and standards of beautiful village construction,especially the new requirements of rural revitalization strategy,and lays the theoretical foundation for beautiful village construction.At the same time,on the basis of the domestic and foreign research results,this paper studies and analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the construction of beautiful villages in Chang Le County,and summarizes the experiences and practices of different main bodies of villages,towns and counties to build beautiful villages with the typical cases of An Shanghu village and Hong He town.Although the beautiful rural construction in Chang Le county has achieved some achievements,there are still problems such as the low efficiency of agricultural development,the need to improve the rural facilities environment,the difficulty of increasing the collective economy,the persistence of stereotypes,and the declining authority of the rural party branch.The reasons for this are nothing more than the constraints on large-scale agricultural development imposed by land elements,the large gap in funding for village construction,the lack of leaders for rural economic development,the lack of awareness of ideas,and the infirmity of grassroots organizations.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen and improve the construction of beautiful villages in Chang Le county,so that the rural revitalization strategy can be effectively implemented.We must work hard and achieve effective results in five areas: raising the level of agricultural and rural development,improving the ecological outlook of the rural environment,enriching the work force of the farmers and peasants,promoting the construction of rural culture and civilization,and strengthening the foundation of rural organizations.This paper uses literature investigation method to collect domestic and foreign literature and related policies,combing the relevant theoretical background;By means of case studies,interviews,interviews and on-site inspections,the government staff at all levels have gained an understanding of their experience and difficulties in actually participating in the construction of beautiful villages.It tries to provide reference ideas and methods for the construction and revitalization of the beautiful countryside at the grassroots level.
