Research On The Demand And Influencing Factors Of Community Home-Based Elderly Care Services For The Elderly In Shijiazhuang

By the end of 2022,the number of Chinese aged 60 or above exceeded 280 million,accounting for 19.8% of the total.The aging of the population is deepening,and the living security of the elderly has become a hot topic of social research.In the new era,with the development of science and technology and the improvement of economic level,more and more elderly people begin to pursue the pleasures of old age,pay attention to daily life,medical care,spiritual entertainment and other life services,and put forward new needs for family and society.Therefore,for the security of the elderly,the government needs to continue to improve the current pension system,optimize pension services,and effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly through the formulation of reasonable and effective policies.In response to aging population,community home care is rapidly developed in our country.It has both the advantages of family and organization for nursing,so that the elderly can get the professional service for nursing at a reasonable low price in the community environment.Shijiazhuang City has made some achievements in the construction of community home care pilot work,but due to the short development time of this mode,it is still in the initial stage of operation,such as low service level,insufficient publicity and other problems,so it needs to continue to explore in practice,and gradually improve the construction of the city’s community home care system.Combined with the above background,under the guidance of the theory of demand,social embedment and community care,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey to analyze the needs of community home care service for the elderly in Shijiazhuang City and its influencing factors.The questionnaire set questions around individual basic information and service needs,and found that there were quantitative differences in the elderly’s needs for living care,medical resources and spiritual entertainment services.Secondly,this paper determines the significant variables of various community home care services through interactive analysis,uses SPSS to carry out binary Logistic regression,and classiifies the elderly groups according to age and household registration,analyzes the influencing factors of community home care mode demand,and finally draws the conclusion: There are differences in the influencing factors of the three types of service demand,but there are factors such as self-rated body that affect multiple types of service demand at the same time.There are different factors affecting the needs of the elderly groups of different ages and different household registration to the community home care mode.Finally,based on the empirical evidence,this paper proposes that we should strengthen the legal protection,adjust the service content,optimize the construction of nursing staff,diversify participation and increase publicity to improve the city’s community home care services.
