Research On The Ecological Autonomy Of Ethnic Regional Autonomy

A good ecological environment is the basis and premise for us to protect and promote the healthy survival of human beings and the development of social economy.The prosperity and development of human beings depend on good natural conditions.In response to the call of the times,the construction of ecological civilization is an urgent task in China.For ethnic minority areas,autonomy is a basic power given by the Constitution and law.Ecological autonomy is one of the contents of autonomy in ethnic areas.Our ecological environment is closely related to the whole human life.Especially in recent years,the state has paid great attention to promoting the construction of ecological civilization.Comrade Xi Jinping has mentioned the protection of the ecological environment in his speeches many times.Building a green civilization with sustainable development of human and natural environment is an issue of the times that we have been exploring.At present,the average living area of each minority inhabited area in China is about 6.12 million square kilometers,accounting for about 64% of the total living area of the national average population,and also because of the rich natural mountain,grassland,water resources,precious animals and plants and many other natural resources.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the ecological autonomy in ethnic areas.The first part of this paper discusses the connotation and theoretical basis of ecological autonomy in ethnic areas.The second part focuses on the principles of autonomy and ecological autonomy.The third part analyzes the implementation effect of ecological autonomy in ethnic areas according to the relevant legal basis.The fourth part investigates the problems existing in the exercise of ecological autonomy in ethnic areas.The fifth part puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the exercise of ecological autonomy in ethnic areas.
