Study On The Legislation Of Ecological Autonomy In National Autonomous Areas

Ecological autonomy is an important power was given by the Constitution to national autonomous areas.With the continuous advance of ecological civilization,harmony between man and nature and sustainable are developing.The concept of sustainable development is increasing popular.National autonomous areas pay more special attentions to the protection of the local ecological environment.Therefore,whether the national autonomous areas can exercise effectively or not the ecological autonomy is particularly important.However,there is a problem in the the current legislative problems.,The ecological autonomy of national autonomous areas has not been effectively exercised.In order to solve these ecological crisis,China has enacted many environmental legislation based on environmental rights.The national autonomous areas have the right to manage local ecological and environmental affairsindependently according to law,and there are many laws and regulations related to the ecological environment.Unfortunately,there is no clear definition of ecological autonomy.In theory,there are few scholars who specialize in ecological autonomy,and few scholars have defined it,so the concept of ecological autonomy has not formed a unified definition.Although the author's knowledge is limited,only the first definition of ecological autonomy can be carried out in this article.Therefore,the author tries to define ecological autonomy according to the viewpoints of other scholars.In this paper,the author defines the concept of ecological autonomy from the perspective of “ecological autonomy” in national autonomous areas.And the author combines the legislative and objective basis of ecological autonomy in national autonomous areas.This paper analyzes the problems of ecological autonomy from the legislative level,.And he also puts forward some solutions for the active and effective exercise of ecological autonomy in ethnic autonomous areas.
