Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Maker Space In Dalian

As one of the new types of service platforms emerging in recent years,maker space,as the main mode and content of innovation and entrepreneurship,plays an important role and positive significance in many aspects,such as promoting employment,strengthening innovation,accelerating economic leap,and promoting the development of science and technology.In response to national policies,local governments are making efforts to promote the implementation of mass innovation and entrepreneurship.In this era,maker space has developed rapidly,and has a place in the economic development of various regions,especially in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and creative content.The same situation has happened in Dalian,Many small and medium-sized enterprises were born and developed with the help of the Dalian’s maker space.Therefore,under the current situation,how to promote the development of Dalian’s maker space,further improve and optimize its service ability,and further strengthen and adjust its scientific and technological innovation ability has become an important problem faced by Dalian.In this paper,Dalian’s maker space as the research object,the use of public management theory,through literature analysis,interviews and questionnaire survey methods,the development status of Dalian’s maker space is analyzed,the existing problems are discussed,and the government departments how to promote the development of maker space suggestions.First,through interviews and questionnaires to understand the management status of Dalian’s maker space,find out the existing problems.Such as homogenization of service content,lack of operation ability,lack of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,lag of online platform construction.Secondly,through the analysis and research,it is concluded that the reasons are that the policy system is not perfect,the management training level is not good enough,the positioning of operators is not accurate,and the innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere is not strong.Finally,based on the practice of advanced cities at home and abroad,combined with the reality of Dalian,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the system and mechanism,create an atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship,encourage innovation and entrepreneurship talents and promote the construction of online platform,in order to provide some reference for Dalian municipal government to promote the development of the city’s maker space.
