Tibet has been an important part of my country’s territory since ancient times.At the same time,Tibetan culture is also an important part of Chinese culture.Tibet is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the southwestern border of my country.It has a very special geographical location and is known as the Asian Water Tower.It is not only an important place for my country’s ecological environment protection,but also has important strategic significance for national defense construction.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has been deeply concerned about the stability and development of various undertakings in Tibet.General Secretary Xi Jinping personally directed the various undertakings in Tibet,based on materialist dialectics,combined with the historical experience of the Communist Party of China in governing the country,borders,and Tibet,and put forward the strategic
