| As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development has become the principal contradiction in society.How to effectively solve the problem of unbalanced development among regions,urban and rural areas and groups,and further implement the equalization of public services,has a far-reaching impact on the realization of social equity and justice.Under such a background,it is of great significance to pay attention to the equalization of public sports services in rural areas,so that farmers can enjoy more sense of gain and happiness,both in theoretical exploration and practical operation.Thesis mainly using the literature material method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and other research methods,combined with sociology,management science,political science,sports science related theory,through investigation the current situation of rural public sports service in Baoding and Tangshan area and analysis of other related information,in order to find out the problems in the equalization of Hebei rural public sports services and their causes,and put forward some suggestions for the benign development of the equalization of Hebei rural public sports services.The research shows that: due to the lack of active participation of farmers,backward economic development in rural areas,insufficient attention from relevant departments,imperfect supervision and restriction mechanism,and single supply body,etc.,the public sports service in rural areas in Hebei province is not ideal,the urban-rural gap is prominent,and regional and group gaps coexist.Public sports services in rural areas are weak in the three aspects of input,output and result measurement,which highlights the unequal distribution of public sports service resources in urban and rural areas and the unbalanced development indicators of public sports services at the grassroots level.In the equalization construction of public sports service,it is mainly manifested as a series of deficiencies,such as unequal available facilities,incomplete information publicity,imperfect supporting services,imperfect management institutions,unbalanced distribution of development funds,unscientific decision-making of supply and so on.Based on the goal of equalization of public sports service in rural areas of Hebei province,the author puts forward that the key points of equalization are the equality of urban and rural areas,the internal balance,and the fairness and justice of development funds,venues and facilities and supporting services. |
