With the rapid development of the digital economy,China’s online shopping community and the scale of online shopping have been expanding,the transaction mode has become more diversified,and more traditional industries are expanding sales channels,take the way that sells on line in succession to expand popularity,open the market.Compared with traditional offline shopping,online shopping can not only provide consumers with more convenience and better choices,but also provide businesses with a broader market and more convenient trading conditions,but it can not be ignored,the information,resources and ability of the buyer and the seller are not symmetrical in the online shopping,which causes the problems of the protection of consumers rights and interests.Based on this,the consumer’s right of repentance has been written into the "Consumer Protection Law" which was revised again in 2013,as the provision of Article 25,the consumer has the right of repentance,can effectively remedy the above-mentioned problems.Since then,the State Administration for Industry and Commerce has continued to refine the system through a series of regulations,including the seven day temporary measures for online purchases of goods with no reason for return,for example,through a clear commodity "intact" concept,increase the responsibility of all parties in the network and other ways to optimize.The perfect application of the system of the right of repentance in online shopping is the result of the joint efforts of law,regulation and so on,therefore,it needs to be solved in a multi-directional and multi-dimensional way.The reason,for the purchase of the provisions of the right to repent more fuzzy,and supervision of the relevant departments are not in place,making the right to repent difficult to play its intended role.Therefore,this article from the concept of the right to repent,the nature,and the difference between the relevant systems and other areas of its in-depth analysis,combined with practical application,elaborated on the right to repent in all aspects of the problems,and to the network broadcast shopping,the social platform shopping and so on several kinds of special network shopping pattern combs.Combined with China’s national conditions,theory and practice,and strive to improve the multi-perspective,diversified application of the right to repent in online shopping.
