| The elderly disabled people are a special and multiple vulnerable group,they are old,disabled and poor,and their social support quality has been below the social average for a long time.In the context of population aging and miniaturization of family size,how to deal with the increasing number of elderly disabled groups and their diversified and specialized needs is of positive significance for improving the level of social welfare and alleviating social conflicts.Based on the theory of social support theory and welfare pluralism,this paper constructs a social support system for the elderly with disabilities,taking government,social organizations,communities,and families as support subject and policy support,economic support,medical rehabilitation,life care,and spiritual comfort as support mediator.Then,this paper combine the methods of analyzing existing statistics and case study to an analysis of the status quo of social support for elderly disabled,it is found that the basic characteristics of social support for elderly disabled people are mainly manifested in the diversity of support subjects,the strong dependence of social support objects,and the partial materiality of social support objects.However,there are still some problems in social support for the elderly with disabilities.The main manifestations are that insufficient participation of multiple subjects,insufficient supply of public service resources,and insufficient construction of a talent team for the disabled.The main reasons for these problems are the multi-subject coordination mechanism is decentralized and fragmented,public service resource supply capacity is insufficient,and the career development path of disabled talents is not smooth.On the basis of drawing on foreign advanced experience and our national conditions,this article believes that it is necessary to improve the coordination mechanism of multiple social support entities,promote structural reforms on the supply side of public resources,and strengthen the cultivation and introduction of disabled persons. |
