Research On The Spatial Distribution And Coordinated Development Of Wealth Creation Ability Of Provincial Governments In China

The proportion of fiscal revenue in GDP represents the gold content of GDP.The gold content of GDP in different provinces is different,and the wealth creation ability of provincial governments is different,thus forming the gap of regional economic development.From the perspective of provincial government’s wealth creation ability,this paper provides a new theoretical explanation for regional problems through theoretical analysis and data support.Facing the fundamental requirement of promoting high-quality development in the new era,the wealth creation ability of provincial government is the key point of promoting regional coordinated development and high-quality development.Therefore,around the core proposition of wealth creation ability of provincial government,this paper puts forward and tries to solve five problems,namely,what is the wealth creation ability of provincial government and the wealth creation ability of provincial government in China What are the spatial characteristics of the power,how to expect the development trend of the wealth creation ability of the provincial government,how to promote the coordinated development of the region,and how to put forward the corresponding path and policy suggestions from this perspective to promote the wealth creation ability of the provincial government and promote its coordinated development.Based on the perspective of the spatial characteristics of provincial government’s wealth creation ability,this paper first makes a statistical analysis of the GDP gold content data from 1999 to 2019,and objectively describes the spatial distribution and dynamic evolution of provincial government’s wealth creation ability in China.It is found that at this stage,the provincial government’s wealth creation ability has been greatly improved,but the improvement rate is poor However,in recent years,there has been a trend of narrowing regional differences in the wealth creation ability of provincial governments in China.Therefore,it can be used to evaluate the wealth creation ability of provincial governments The coordination with regional development produces positive expectations.Based on the analysis of spatial characteristics,this paper further analyzes the convergence of wealth creation ability of provincial governments in China to predict its development trend.The results show that there is an obvious convergence trend of wealth creation ability of provincial governments in China,and all regions pass the absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence tests,that is,the wealth creation ability of provincial governments is stable to the regional level It has a significant spatial convergence,which can produce a positive expectation for the coordinated development of the provincial government’s wealth creation ability.On the basis of statistical analysis,this paper further analyzes the key factors of the provincial government’s wealth creation ability to promote regional coordinated development,and finds that the provincial government’s wealth creation ability can jointly promote regional coordinated development from three perspectives:narrowing the regional gap,reasonable regional division of labor and regional common growth.According to the above theoretical analysis,this paper further puts forward the path and policy suggestions to improve the provincial government’s wealth creation ability and promote the coordinated development.The provincial government should consider the increase of GDP gold content,at the same time,focus on the overall perspective of planning and design,and take the reasonable performance of government functions as the key foothold to improve the provincial government’s wealth creation ability and promote its coordinated development.
