Study On Service Satisfaction Of Intelligent Transportation System In Deyang City

The new generation of information technology applications are penetrating into all fields of social economy and greatly changing people’s lifestyles.The intelligent law enforcement service is to improve the transportation governance capacity and people’s service level by fully applying these emerging technologies and combining the characteristics of the city where the transportation law enforcement department is located,so that the transportation law enforcement is more efficient,the process is more transparent,the treatment is more fair,and the service is more humane.At the same time,a full satisfaction survey is needed to understand objectively and comprehensively whether the current status of the existing ITS enforcement services and the target expectations of local traffic law enforcement departments match,in order to make recommendations for satisfaction improvement.In this paper,we conduct a survey on the satisfaction of the ITS service in Deyang City and propose corresponding countermeasures.The main contents of this paper are:firstly,to carry out basic research on the current situation of intelligent transportation system in Deyang City,Sichuan Province.Based on the mapping of the economy and society in Deyang City,Sichuan,an overview of the transportation system in Deyang City is introduced,followed by an in-depth analysis of the current situation of intelligent transportation services in Deyang City,Sichuan.Secondly,the groundwork and methods for the design of the survey on the satisfaction of the intelligent transportation system in Deyang City,Sichuan are presented.Again,the results of the survey on the satisfaction of the intelligent transportation system in Deyang City,Sichuan are analyzed in depth,and the results of the interview are analyzed from the different perspectives of the public and the traffic police on the satisfaction of the intelligent transportation system respectively.Again.Analysis of the problems and causes of the intelligent transportation system services in Deyang City,Sichuan Province.Through the analysis,this paper considers that the problems of intelligent traffic system service in Deyang City,Sichuan are: low utilization rate of portable law enforcement equipment,low penetration rate of business self-help,questionable effectiveness of intelligent traffic monitoring and command,and general ignorance of intelligent travel information among the public;using the theory of service-oriented government to conduct in-depth analysis,this paper considers that the problems of intelligent traffic system service in Deyang City,Sichuan are due to: failure to fully utilize law enforcement data and information,and low user experience of business self-help.The paper concludes that the service problems of the intelligent transportation system in Deyang City,Sichuan Province,are due to the failure to fully utilize the information of law enforcement data,poor user experience of self-service,insufficient integration of intelligent traffic monitoring information,and inadequate dissemination of travel information.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the service satisfaction of the intelligent transportation system in Deyang City,Sichuan.The countermeasures to increase the portable law enforcement equipment are:increase the auxiliary police law enforcement recorder and post-facto accountability,law enforcement recorder big data precision processing;countermeasures to enhance the convenience of self-service business are: enrich the self-service business content,increase the self-service guidance positions,popularize and promote the concept of independent business;countermeasures to improve the accuracy of intelligent traffic monitoring are: improve the efficiency and accuracy of human-computer interaction,improve the transparency of intelligent traffic The countermeasures to improve the accuracy of intelligent traffic monitoring are: improving the efficiency and accuracy of human-machine interaction,improving the transparency of intelligent traffic monitoring and enforcement,and supporting the comprehensive command and dispatch with cutting-edge technology;the countermeasures to expand the content of people’s travel information are: conducting regular research and publicity on people’s travel needs,carrying out in-depth information sharing with other social organizations,and improving the service system oriented by people’s travel experience.The study on the implementation of intelligent transportation construction by the local government in Deyang City in this paper helps to better grasp the general mechanism and laws of intelligent transportation construction,which can not only improve the problems of intelligent transportation construction in Deyang City to a certain extent,but also provide possible practical experience for other regions to carry out intelligent transportation construction,or the effective implementation of other local government innovation activities.
