Public transportation is an important part of urban infrastructure, but also an important part of the government to provide public services. Saving road and land resources reduce urban pollution, reduce energy consumption, etc., urban public transport has great advantages. In recent years, the national advocate and support the development of urban public transport, which makes the development of urban public transport ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity. Major cities began building in the city public transport priority to the development, formulation and implementation of bus priority development strategy, while increasing urban public transport funding efforts to continuously improve the quality of public transport services. An important factor in the quality of urban public transportation service is to influence public choice mode of public transportation, urban public transport is the key to improving public appeal. Customer satisfaction as an important measure of the quality of public transport services, which reflects the level of public transport service quality level, the Government develop public transport and improve the quality of public transport services have a crucial role. Therefore, the urban public transportation satisfaction survey and evaluation, found in favor of the urban public transport service in the presence of deficiencies, and then improve public transport services..This paper takes Harbin city as an example, based on the investigation of public transit travel and satisfaction in Harbin City, using questionnaire survey and empirical combination method of Harbin public traffic satisfaction evaluation; analysis of problems existed in Harbin city bus service and problems of reasons; give the relevant countermeasures to improve the public transport service satisfaction.
