Since the promulgation of the "Opinions on Deepening Government Affairs and Strengthening Government Service" in 2011,in order to solve the bloated and scattered deficiencies of government organizations,speed up the efficiency of examination and approval,promote the transparency of government affairs,and improve the business environment,local governments have started the construction of government service centers.With the strong support of the party and government at all levels and the attention of public opinion,government service centers in various parts of our country have developed rapidly in recent years,their functions and powers have expanded,their business volume has increased significantly,and their roles in improving the business environment have also been effectively brought into play.However,the current salary management of the government service center,especially salary incentives,cannot meet the needs of the center’s rapid development,and corresponding optimization and improvement are urgently needed.This paper studies the salary incentive system of QJ New District Administrative Service Center,analyzes the current situation of its salary incentive system and proposes corresponding countermeasures.This article first elaborates the theoretical basis of salary incentive system,mainly introduces salary theory,incentive theory,and salary incentive system.Then it analyzes the status quo of salary incentives of the QJ New District Administrative Service Center,mainly introducing the basic situation of the QJ New District Administrative Service Center,personnel settings,the basic situation of the service center salary incentives,the salary incentive status survey questionnaire,the existing salary incentive problems and the causes of the problems analysis.Then it discusses the optimization of the salary incentive system of the QJ New District Administrative Service Center,mainly introducing the optimization principles,ideas,and the design of the salary structure.Based on the above problems,the strategy to optimize the salary incentive system of the QJ New District Administrative Service Center is proposed,mainly to optimize the salary structure,improve the performance appraisal system,build a multi-level incentive mechanism,increase incentives for non-economic factors,and establish a dynamic salary adjustment mechanism..Finally,the guarantee measures for the optimization of the salary incentive system of the QJ New District Administrative Service Center are proposed,and the research conclusions of this paper are summarized and refined.This article’s investigation and research on the salary incentives of the QJ New District Administrative Service Center can help the Government Service Center to accurately understand the employee satisfaction of its own salary incentive system;the analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the salary incentive system of the QJ New District Administrative Service Center can help the center A better understanding of the existing problems in the salary incentive system of the current administrative service center;the proposed principles,general ideas and specific strategies for the optimization of the salary incentive system provide a practical and feasible plan for the QJ New District Administrative Service Center to optimize its own salary incentive system.It can provide reference for the optimization of the salary incentive system of government service centers in other regions.
