The goals,tasks,and missions of "Leading morality and cultivating people" have been further clarified and developed.From this point of view,moral education has become a very important task in my country’s education.Over the years,the party and government of our country have adhered to the working principle of "education-oriented,moral education first",and paid particular attention to the issue of moral education for young people.The moral education work has achieved remarkable results,but in fact,our country still faces the process of implementing moral education.Some problems and shortcomings.In the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,China should extensively learn from and learn from the advanced reform directions and outstanding experiences of foreign countries in order to promote the development of moral education in our country.In recent years,Japanese moral education has been running through the teaching reform in Japan,and has achieved remarkable results.This provides an opportunity to guide our country to learn from the practice of Japanese moral education system reform methods.Japan’s moral education is not static in the process of modernization.Faced with new problems that constantly arise in society,its moral education is constantly being adjusted and reformed.In 2015,in order to solve the increasingly serious problem of school bullying,the Japanese government announced that it would incorporate ethics into the school education system as an independent special discipline,which has the same status as other disciplines,and decided to be in the country in 2018 and 2019 respectively.Full implementation within the scope of primary and secondary schools has improved the moral quality of the people and enriched their spiritual life.Through the use of literature research methods and comparative analysis methods,this article first introduces the background of Japan ’ s "moral discipline" reform;secondly,it introduces the content of Japan’s "moral discipline" reform;and again analyzes the current results of Japan’s reforms.And the existing shortcomings;then compare and analyze the similarities and differences between Chinese And Japanese Moral Education in the six aspects of training goals,curriculum content,guidance methods,training methods,evaluation system,and teacher training under the background of the reform of "moral discipline" in Japan;Starting from the comparison of Japanese moral education,thinking about how to make China’s current moral education achieve better development,so as to cultivate socialist builders and successors with a sound personality,moral,intellectual,physical,and comprehensive development for our country. |
