Research On The Evolution, Experience And Reform Of The Moral Education Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Period

In recent years, along with the further development of reform and opening up, China's economic GDP has leaped to the second in the world and been listed in the rank of middle-income countries, which greatly changes China's image and status on the world stage. However, it is apparent that some crucial issues come into existence in social morality with the rapid development of economy. In some fields,the credit is lacked and the moral baseline is crossed.Some people's outlook and their value of life has been distorted. White and black, kindness and evil, beauty and ugliness have been confounded. It is common to see the abuse of power for personal gains, the sacrifice of principle for profit and the harm to others for personal benefits. The phenomenon mentioned above do harm public interests, degrade social conduct and hinder the social development and reform.The contemporary society is currently undergoing profound transformation, and people wonder if economy has to develop at the cost of landslide of morality. Under the condition of socialist market economy, shall we persist in pursuing the moral ideals of Socialism and Communism? What's the problems in moral education by our Party? What is the solution to moral education in the future reform and development? These are the issues that our Party have to cope with in the path of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper mainly focuses on the moral education of the Communist Party of China in new era since the adoption of the policy reform and opening up, and it is divided into three parts, namely, the evolution of the moral education of Chinese Communist Party in new era, the enlightenment we have in the evolution, the solution to the future reform of moral education.The first part of the paper includes the first chapter, the second chapter and the third chapter, mainly focusing on how to evolve the moral education of the Communist Party of China in new era. On the basis of researches and reviews of current moral education and moral education of the Communist Party of China, the paper defines the concept of morality, ideology, ideology and morality and so forth, summarizes the concept of moral education and its process methods, elaborates the basic nature, the function and the historical necessity of the moral education of the Communist Party of China in new era. Beginning with the policy of reform and opening up, the paper divides the moral education of the Party into three stages, roundly analyzes the history background of the three stages, and summarizes the main contents of moral education of the Party. Summarizes three historical evolution of our party to moral education during the period of the development of the main features.The paper responses to the people's concern for the effectiveness of moral education in new era, points out that the essence of dispute about the evaluation of effectiveness of moral education is due to the different standards of morality evaluation, and puts forward the correct method of understanding the effectiveness of moral education.The second part is the fourth chapter, mainly focusing on the enlightenment we have in the evolution of moral education of our Party in new era. Grasping the basis of evolution of the moral education of our Party over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the paper sums up the dialectical unity between the development of moral education and the development of social economy in the evolution procedure of moral education of our Party, the organic combination of moral education and moral practice, and the dialectical unity between moral civilization and legal force, and summarizes the theory of moral education and moral administration in the evolution procedure of moral education of our Party. Besides, the paper discusses that future moral education of our Party should persist the Marxism's belief education concerning its value direction, the bond of advance and wideness, and its practical and effective principles.The third part is the fifth chapter, mainly focusing on the solution to the future reform of moral education. In this chapter, the paper discusses the solution of enhancing the effectiveness of moral education of our Party, which is the practical mission of this paper. Analyzing the new situations and problems lying in the moral education of our Party in new era, the paper points out that morality construction should be enhanced on the basis of persisting moral criticism in moral education. Besides, the paper points out that to upgrade the effectiveness of moral education in contemporary China where uniqueness and diversity coexist, our Party should put emphasis on the organic bond between fostering China's national character and promoting new socialism's morality, pay attention to the cooperation of law and morality, and play a role in supporting “big data”and new media. At last, the paper points out that we should cultivate and observe core socialist values, practice and lead the reform of moral education of the Communist Party. The paper adopts three Shanghai typical communities as object, conducts the research and makes analysis, thinking the the solution to the degree of recognition of cultivating and observing core socialist values.
