Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Illegal Construction Management In Wujin District Of Changzhou City

With the development of modern society,the word "city" arises as the times require.The development of society and economy can not be separated from the city.Nowadays,the working mechanism of urban management has been basically formed,especially the laws and regulations of urban planning,which make the originally complex urban management problems rely on the law and carry out scientific and reasonable coordinated development and construction.However,there are still some management problems,especially in the field of illegal construction management,which need to be solved and studied urgently.This thesis studies the problems and countermeasures in the management of illegal construction,which has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the level of government management,improving the level of city management,maintaining the quality of people’s life,and accelerating the development of social economy.This thesis takes the illegal construction management in Wujin District as the research object,analyzes the current situation of illegal construction management,the existing problems and the causes,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to make the illegal construction management mode in Wujin District more scientific and mature.Based on the theory of new public management,collaborative governance and urban governance,this thesis uses literature research method and comparative analysis method to analyze and study this thesis.Analysis of illegal construction management at home and abroad are summarized the current situation,defines the concepts of illegal construction,from the study of the current situation of the illegal construction and management of Wujin district,it is concluded that the main problems and causes of contrast analysis on illegal construction management experience at home and abroad,formation of Wujin district illegal construction management,and based on Wujin area actual situation,put forward the countermeasures of the illegal construction management of Wujin district,finally come to the conclusion and prospect.
