Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Venture Philanthropy In Zhangjiagang City

In recent years,governments around China have been carrying out the practice of Venture Philanthropy in order to cultivate social organizations,provide public services and meet the diverse and individualized needs of the people.However,the fact that Venture Philanthropy is still in its infancy proves that there are many problems and cruxes in Venture Philanthropy in China.Zhangjiagang City has carried out the practice of Venture Philanthropy at the county level earlier,and achieved remarkable results.It has certain reference significance for other county-level cities in our country to carry out Venture Philanthropy.But like most Venture Philanthropy in our country,there are also some problems.How to solve these problems is worth exploring and researching.In order to understand how to solve the problems of public venture capital in Zhangjiagang City,by analyzing the process of public venture capital in Zhangjiagang City,it is found that there are some problems in public venture capital in Zhangjiagang City,such as the coverage of public venture capital projects is not wide,excellent projects can not operate sustainably,and the creativity of public venture capital projects is insufficient.The main reasons are the insufficient number of social organizations,the lack of professional ability of social organizations,the lack of innovation of public venture capital projects The operation mode is not optimal,the integration degree of external resources is not enough,and the promotion degree is not enough.Based on the existing problems in the actual development of Zhangjiagang City,this paper puts forward optimization strategies and improvement measures,including improving the undertaking capacity of public venture capital projects,strengthening the external environment construction of public venture capital,establishing and improving the support mechanism of public venture capital,etc,Hope to promote the grass-roots government similar to Zhangjiagang City to practice public welfare venture capital more scientifically,so as to promote the healthy development of society.
