| The government work report in 2020 pointed out that "giving priority to stable employment and ensuring people’s livelihood" has become the primary task of current economic development.Under the background of the severe employment situation of college students,the new employment pattern is of great significance for relieving the employment pressure of college students.However,the current new employment pattern is still in its infancy,and there are some shortcomings.At present,the academic circles have a certain research foundation on the conceptual problems of the new employment form,but the research on the current situation of employment security is relatively few.Grasping the security of the new employment form is of great significance to "stable employment".Therefore,it is urgent to pay more attention to the employment security of college graduates under the new employment form and put forward feasible measures to strengthen their employment security.Therefore,this paper adopts qualitative research and selects 26 college graduates with new employment patterns as the research objects.Based on the concept,category and core theory of employment security of new employment form,this paper draws up an interview outline for empirical research,and analyzes the interview text by Nvivo12 software coding,sorting out the composition indicators of employment security of college graduates under the new employment form,the current situation of employment security of new employment form,influencing factors and promotion countermeasures.After Nvivo’s coding analysis of interview data,this study holds that the composition of college graduates’ employment security under the new employment pattern includes five core categories: personal employability,job characteristics,social support,external environment and economic foundation.In addition,the study found that the overall level of employment security of college graduates with new employment patterns is relatively high,but influenced by age,new employment patterns and family background,the level of employment security among different groups is quite different: With the increase of age,the employment security of new employment patterns gradually increases;The level of employment security of multiprofessional and entrepreneurial employees is higher,while the level of employment security of newly hired employees and freelancers is lower;In addition,personal marital status and family economic base also have cross influence on the level of employment security.Based on the analysis of the composition and current situation of employment security,this paper further explores the influencing factors of employment security level,and therefore puts forward countermeasures to enhance the employment security of university graduates under the new employment pattern from four main aspects: government,universities,employment platform and university graduates.These research results enrich the theoretical research perspective in the field of new employment patterns and employment security,and have certain empirical research foundation and practical significance. |
