| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,governments at all levels continue to improve the level of government services,Promoting the transformation and upgrading of the online platform for the integration of government services.It provide more efficient,convenient and accurate services for market subjects and the public to apply for government services.Although the construction of local government service network has achieved remarkable results,there are still areas that need to be improved and improved,such as numerous platforms,chaotic management,data fragmentation,low level of standardization and so on.Taking the Huai’an government service network as an example,through the methods of consulting literature,comparative research and questionnaire,this thesis analyzes the current situation of the construction of Huai’an government service network.By comparing with the online platform of government service integration in Shanghai,Zhejiang and other advanced areas,this thesis finds out the gap between Huai’an government service network and advanced areas.Combined with the results of the questionnaire,it is found that the problems are mainly concentrated in the aspects of platform integration,standardization level and data sharing.Focus on the analysis of the reasons behind the above problems,we can find out the pain points and difficulties of Huai’an government service network.It is found that there are some main problems in the construction of Huai’an government service network,such as repetitive platform construction,unsmooth management system,low level of standardization construction and low degree of data sharing.This thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems in the construction of Huai’an government service network.In view of the existing problems,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures mainly from the aspects of strengthening the integration of the local online government service platform,improving the standardization level of government affairs services against national standards,promoting data sharing and expanding coverage and benefits.Through this study,the purpose of this study is to improve and perfect Huai’an government service network,and to improve the ability to accept government services and the quality and efficiency of the completion of government services. |
