Research On The Mode Of Social Organization Participation In Social Governance From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence Theory

China is actively encouraging social organizations to participate in social governance in an orderly way,and creating a social governance pattern of joint contribution,joint participation and shared benefits.In this context,Social organizations have become an important participant in social governance,and they choose different models to participate in social governance will have different effects on their governance function.Under the guidance of theory of resource dependence,through the practice and exploration of three social organizations participating in social governance,three governance modes are summarized,include government leading mode,social organization independent mode and cooperation mode between government and social organization.This article takes a grass-roots Women’s Federation,AZJ social work service center and LJL social work service center as the research objects,and discusses the mode of social organizations’ participation in social governance from the aspects of resource source,resource acquisition mode and dependence degree.The main findings are as follows: the W district women’s federations,which takes part in social governance in the government led mode,relies too much on the government for its resources,which leads to the organization’s strong dependence on the government and limits its governance function;AZJ institution participates in social governance in an independent mode,lacks interaction and contact with the government,so it cannot obtain sustainable and stable resource support,which is not conducive to the long-term development of this organization.By contrast,LJL institution has established a cooperative governance model with the government.The two sides have built a good cooperative relationship,promoted resource interaction,effectively gave full play to their professional capabilities,and realized the complementarity of political and social advantages.From the macro perspective of social governance development,combined with the actual situation of social organizations participating in social governance under the three models and the exploration results in Beijing and Shenzhen,the cooperation between government and social organizations is the trend of innovation and development of social governance model.In order to achieve this goal,the government and social organizations need to take effective measures in changing ideas,perfecting policies and regulations,enriching cooperation methods and constructing cooperation mechanism.
