Research On The Political Participation Of Citizens In Bilibili Under The COVID-19 Epidemic

In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,the improvement of network coverage and the popularization of compulsory education,citizens’ awareness of network political participation has been greatly improved.Chinese citizens’ political participation in the network is reflected in the supervision of public power,the expression of personal demands and other political activities.At the beginning of 2020,the epidemic situation of New Coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)was discovered in China.In the epidemic of COVID-19 pneumonia,the focus of citizen’s participation in network politics was focused on the ability of government and officials to deal with emergencies,media coverage,public interest demands,and individual attitude towards political affairs.Bili Bili barrage video website(B station)is a community website where young people gather.More and more users express their interests on B station.During the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia,the total length of original videos about the epidemic situation released by users on station B was more than 60000 hours,and some good works emerged,which stimulated citizens’ enthusiasm for political participation.However,some works also caused irrational behaviors such as internet violence and Internet rumors,These negative behaviors have a negative impact on the development of citizens’ network political participation.Starting from the issue of citizen network political participation in B station during the period of COVID-19,this paper first explains the coupling and connection between B network citizen’s participation in political network and the participation of ordinary citizens in network politics,and makes clear the characteristics of citizen participation in B network political participation.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the status quo of B citizen’s participation in Internet politics during COVID-19 station.Thirdly,three cases from different angles are used to illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of citizen network political participation in station B.Finally,this paper analyzes the experience of the United States and Japan in network governance norms,and puts forward some solutions from the reality of our country.Generally speaking,this paper is divided into eight parts,according to the logical order of finding,analyzing and solving problems to explain the network political participation of station B.The first part: introduction.This part mainly discusses the research background and the significance of the topic,analyzes the research status at home and abroad from many angles,and then explains the author’s research ideas,innovation and shortcomings,which lays the necessary foundation for the full text writing.The second part: an overview of citizens’ political participation in the network.This paper first explains some basic concepts,then introduces the theoretical basis,and finally focuses on the coupling and connection between the citizen political participation and the general network political participation in station B,which makes the whole research more theoretical and professional.The third part: the present situation of citizen’s political participation at COVID-19’s B station.Firstly,this paper analyzes the main body of citizen’s political participation in station B,which is divided into the main body within the system and the main body outside the system;Secondly,the novel coronavirus pneumonia participation in COVID-19 B station is analyzed,which creates conditions for B to participate in the new network of polio.Finally,it analyzes the development characteristics of citizen political participation in station B.The fourth part: the case analysis of COVID-19’s B station’s political participation.Through the analysis of three cases of "in Wuhan" documentary release,"Red Cross event" and "Fang Fang diary event",this paper explores the advantages of the citizens of station B in participating in politics.The fifth part: covid-19 citizen’s political participation in B station under the new crown epidemic.In this part,it explains the five existing problems in the political participation of station B.The sixth part: the experience and Enlightenment of foreign network political participation governance to our country.This paper mainly introduces the network political governance experience of Japan and the United States.The seventh part: the Countermeasures of citizen’s political participation at COVID-19’s B station.Combined with the governance experience of Japan and the United States in the sixth part,this paper puts forward some reasonable and targeted countermeasures for the problems in China’s citizens’ network political participation proposed in the fifth part.The last part is the conclusion.This part summarizes the content of this paper,and puts forward reasonable hope.
