Empirical Study On Legal Aid In Yili Prefecture In New Era

The main contradiction of the new era in our society has changed,in order to achieve the needs of a better life,19 big report put forward to improve the public legal service system,legal aid as a project to provide legal services for the poor people and vulnerable groups,has become an important part of the public legal service system,the overall planning of public legal service system construction also guides the legal aid work new ideas and goals.How does local legal aid work work in the new era and keep up with the pace of The Times? What problems will exist in the actual work process?Taking the Yili State Legal Aid Center as the research point,this paper comprehensively uses empirical research,literature research,interviews and other methods.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly a simple description of the background and significance of the topic,domestic research results,for the following to pave the way.The second part is to sort out the development process of the legal aid system and the target requirements of the legal aid work in the new era,and to define the position of legal aid in the public legal service from the theoretical and practical level according to the concept of legal aid and public legal service.The purpose is to carry out the empirical part.The third part introduces the basic situation of Yili legal Aid Center and its operation on the three platforms.The fourth part introduces the legal aid litigation business and the non-litigation business respectively,and evaluates the legal aid work quality through the file quality analysis and the recipient return visit.The fifth part is to summarize the problems in the third and fourth parts of the work,and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
