The Spread And Impact Of E-government WeChat

E-government WeChat is a new type of official media established by the government initiatively for larger cyberspace,as well as one of key measures and channels for the government’s network governance.In the Internet era,with the outbreak of online public opinion events,E-government WeChat can serve as a platform for the government to acquire public opinions and promptly lead public opinions,thereby effectively minimizing the pressure due to improper response.The advent of the Internet era has posed a challenge for national governance while creating more opportunities.Investigation of the spread and impact of E-government WeChat in network governance is conductive to government’s correct and capable control of public opinion in the tide of Internet.In addition,it can provide assistance for the government in social governance work through the network.In the new media era with high-speed development of the Internet,taking Anhui Province as an example,this paper investigates the spread and impact of E-government WeChat in network governance through sampling survey,questionnaire survey,content analysis and other research methods from the perspectives of communication and political science,in hope of providing a reference for the optimization of E-government WeChat.This paper consists of four parts.The first part analyzes the current account distribution,information content,communication power index and other issues of Anhui Government WeChat through big data,explores the current status of the communication capabilities and pattern of Anhui Government WeChat in network governance.It is found that the current development state of WeChat in Anhui Province is good,and a relatively perfect dissemination pattern has been formed.But on the whole,the government departments are relatively lax,lack of a certain core internal connection and a unified communication mode.The second part analyzes the current political culture of Anhui Government WeChat in the context of the current domestic political culture through co-word analysis and information content analysis methods.Then,this part investigates the political and cultural structure of Anhui Government WeChat,and provides a rational judgment of such political and cultural structure.It is found that the political culture of the current political WeChat in Anhui Province is mainly service political culture,supplemented by control political culture,with a small amount of consultative political culture,which is consistent with the current domestic political culture as a whole.The third part discusses the impact of government WeChat in Anhui Province on the behaviors of audiences and government officials in network governance,and discovers the function and influence of current E-government WeChat on network governance,so as to analyze the importance of E-government WeChat in network governance.It is found that the government WeChat plays a significant role in guiding public opinion,preventing rumors from spreading and improving the awareness of government affairs,public power and identity of government personnel in public opinion events.The fourth part proposes four optimization recommendations on the problems existing in the current development of Anhui Government WeChat based on above research results.It includes optimizing the overall layout,perfecting the interactive system,setting up the thought of public products and users’ thinking,and making use of political culture,thereby providing references for the benign development of Anhui Government WeChat.
