Research On The Rural Modernization Construction Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

Rural areas are the foundation of national development,and the degree of its construction directly affects the effectiveness of modernization.In terms of the development of the times,the increasing demand of villagers,the improvement of literacy and the great changes in the village are profoundly reflected in the development of rural society,but compared with cities,they are still weak.As far as the national development strategy is concerned,if we use the word "modernization" to describe the current rural areas,there is obviously a gap.In order to achieve comprehensive modernization,the "growth" of rural areas should not be ignored.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China attached equal importance to rural areas and agriculture,raising the status of rural areas.In addition,the establishment of the Ministry of Agriculture and Village also reflects the degree to which the Party attaches importance to the countryside in the new era.In 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that rural modernization includes the three connotations of "material","human" and "governance" from the aspects of foundation,core and guarantee,which puts forward a new goal direction and construction direction for the Party to promote the realization of rural modernization in the new era.Based on these three connotations,this paper makes a preliminary study on the Party’s rural modernization construction in the new era by using the methods of literature research,comparative research and field investigation.On the basis of searching and combing the relevant construction contents,we should find its ideological source,explore its theoretical and practical significance,study its value orientation and realization path,and sum up the achievements and experiences made by the Party in the work in rural areas,try to contribute to the continued promotion of the Party’s rural modernization and make a modest contribution to the construction of a powerful modern socialist country.The main contents include the following aspects:The first part is the introduction,mainly some basic questions about the writing of this article,in order to prepare for the follow-up research.The second part is the proposal of the Party’s rural modernization construction in the new era.This part mainly analyzes its ideological source,time background and development context,and finally expounds the significance of the Party in promoting rural modernization in the new era.The third part is the research on the value orientation of the Party’s rural modernization construction in the new era.First of all,it discusses the three goals to be achieved from the aspects of foundation,core and guarantee;the second is which subjects should promote the development of rural construction and what kind of responsibility they should bear;the last part is the new requirements given to the construction of rural modernization under the background of the new era.The fourth part takes the three goals of rural modernization as the starting point,collates and studies its realization path respectively.Among them,the foundation level is promoted through the construction of infrastructure,the adjustment of industrial structure and the implementation of social security;the core level includes the contingent of cadres,talent mechanism,humanistic governance and so on;the guarantee level mainly refers to the improvement of governance concept,system and mechanism.On the basis of the previous research,the fifth part preliminarily sums up the basic experience of the Party’s work in rural areas under the background of the new era.From the leadership of the Party,the protection of villagers’ rights and interests to the protection of people’s livelihood,system construction,and then to independent exploration are indispensable.
