Research On Law Enforcement Of Urban Management In Nankai District From The Perspective Of Cooperative Governance

Law enforcement of urban management refers to the comprehensive urban management behavior in order to improve the urban environment or standardize the order of roads,shops and market.Because of the large low-income groups involved,most of department are not willing to be responsible for these urban governance problems,for a long time,they have been processed by the Department of Comprehensive Law Enforcement of Urban Management.Now as the urban environment has become increasingly complex,new mode of governance issues appears constantly,it is difficult for the department of comprehensive law enforcement of urban management to solve the problems of urban management across several fields by itself,it requires more cooperation between various departments,at the same time,with the awakening of civil rights and the gradual deepening of the concept of service-oriented government,the masses are calling for the better urban environment and more systematic provision of public services,the theory of the cooperation of Urban management arises at the historic moment.For the new concept,the government is short of sufficient support of experience and theory,it is very necessary to provide more theoretical guidance and feasible working plan.To analyze the Concept of Urban management cooperation and the current situation of research,I memory of my actual urban management,by the means of questionnaire survey method,observation method,case method and comparative research,focusing on the Law Enforcement of Urban Management in Nankai district as the research object,then begin to collect and analyze the data,summarize the problems existing in the cooperation process,analyze the internal reason,then come up with some superior strategies and targeted,feasible and handy cooperation solutions,involved the culture,institution,system,mechanism,technology,personnel training and other aspects to improve,by getting the Department Interests in order to solve the source conflict and enhancing the department communication with advanced technology,i hope that we can find a way for the future development of the cooperation of Law Enforcement among Urban Management Officers.
