| In recent years,the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang,China,have received a higher degree of attention and universal awareness of the emergency handling and improvement of public emergencies in society.Through many practical cases,officers and soldiers of the Armed Police Corps stationed in Xinjiang can always make a high-quality and efficient emergency response in different public emergency handling tasks.However,in various types of emergencies,the logistical military emergency handling of the task force is inadequate and incomplete,which is likely to affect the completion of frontline officers and soldiers.In this regard,it is necessary to carry out superior layout design,optimization,perfection,and integration of the emergency munitions support mechanism of the Armed Police Force under exceptional circumstances.It is necessary to unify the establishment of a scientific and combative modern warfare logistics support team to accelerate emergency munitions support in the new era.The reform of the company has changed from the traditional experience type in the past to the modern science and technology innovation type,the extensive management model to the individual and intensive support unit,and the single-sidedness of the task to the full range of the support process.At the current stage,logistical support units also have problems with an insufficient guarantee of quality and efficiency,which are mainly manifested in the lack of effectiveness of some special emergency material reserves and logistics distribution,inaccurate early-warning assessment systems,etc.There are some irreconcilable operational emergency support mechanisms.The actual management issues,the regional differential distribution management of materials,and the dynamic application management of professional and technical personnel are also relatively unscientific.The military and local multi-party integration and linkage,and the deep development of high mutual assistance are not working well.Towards this end,this thesis proposes a study on the logistics and emergency support of the Armed Police Force in Xinjiang,hoping to find the existing problems,rationalize and optimize the recommendations,improve the guidance and operability of the work,and better carry out the logistics and military emergency response for the Armed Police Force in Xinjiang.Our practice provides Provide comprehensive and authoritative suggestions and scientific basis for the armed police forces in Xinjiang to better carry out logistical emergency support.A series of investigations,analyses,theoretical researches,and judgment can provide reliable academic support and a scientific reference for the improvement and consolidation of the military emergency response support of the Armed Police Force in Xinjiang.This work also provides a reference model for a robust theoretical framework.This thesis offers a valuable reference for the practice and development of military emergency support.At the same time,this dissertation also comes up to the conclusion for the emergency support research for the development and construction of logistics reform management in the domestic military. |
