Study On The Construction Of The Party Organization Team At The Grass-roots Level In Rural Areas Of China

The strategy of Rural Revitalization was put forward by Comrade Xi Jinping in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on October 18,2017.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that the problem of agricultural and rural peasants is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.We must always take solving the "three rural" problems as the top priority of the work of the whole Party and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.In the final analysis,the key to the Rural Revitalization lies in the Party and people.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party members in rural areas.This paper expounds the relevant theories of the construction of rural Party members,investigates the current situation of the construction of rural Party members in S Town of Tianmen City,Hubei Province,finds out the existing problems,analyses the reasons,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through analysis and research,there are some problems in the process of Party members' team construction in rural grass-roots Party organizations in S Town: first,the ideological and political construction of Party members at rural grass-roots level is relatively weak;second,the structure of Party members at rural grass-roots level is unreasonable and the education and management can not keep up with the situation;third,the democratic consciousness of a few Party members and cadres in rural areas is not strong and their style is not true;fourth,the role of "double-belt" The development of collective economy at village level is slow because of insufficient exertion.The countermeasures to strengthen the construction of Party members in rural grass-roots Party organizations in S Town are as follows: 1.Constructing a long-term mechanism for ideological construction of rural grass-roots Party members;2.Promoting in-depth "two learning and one doing" learning and education,highlighting the quality of the team and strengthening the education and management of Party members;3.Selecting and training Village-level "leaders" to strengthen the disposal of rural grass-roots unqualified Party members;4.Improving the vanguard model of the new era;Demonstration ability helps rural revitalization.This paper pays close attention to the new problems and progress in the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations,tries to reflect and grasp the forward-looking,compares,integrates and summarizes the relevant research,and makes some analysis to find out the Countermeasures for the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations.The innovation of this paper is to summarize some typical cases in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,and gain rich theoretical inspiration in practice.It can help grass-roots party workers solve some doubts encountered in the practice of new rural construction,temper the fighting power and cohesion of grass-roots party organizations,and play an enlightening role for grass-roots party workers to carry out party building work.
